  2. Greeting and Check in procedure is nice and easy to understand by guest
  3. Room showing and price information are nice and easy to understand by guest
  4. Guest book is provided
  5. Check in registration is easy, because just need to photo ID / passport, need to consider back up on google drive
  6. Guest database need to be saved in google address book for easy update and access for record and maintenance
  7. Breakfast / lunch / dinner request is still manual, it's still sufficient because communication to kitchen is seamless. But consider to add meals preference in guest database
  8. Concierge is nice and helpful for guests to be escorted to their room
  9. Good knowledge on non-cash payment procedure
  10. Petty cash is running smoothly and administration by manual, need to consider connect by google sheet
  11. Idea of having world map at reservation area instead, so we put flag stickers based on guest's nationality 
  12. Good information about wifi password, phone number, and whatsapp group
  13. Good information about mini bar price info, there is an idea to place more products. in kos-kosan usually owner also sell daily needs for tenants, and make good profit out of it
